The Association of McGill Professors of Law (AMPL) has been on strike for five weeks. McGill University still refuses to meet and continue negotiations with them.
AMPL is seeking a first collective agreement and fighting for collegial governance, equity, and improved working conditions.
As McGill refuses to resume bargaining, AMPL delivered a letter to the employer on May 15, calling for a return to the bargaining table at 9:30 am on May 22. Once again, McGill declined to act to reach a fair deal.
It’s time to help AMPL escalate and demand that McGill University return to the bargaining table. On Thursday, May 23, let’s flood the phone lines of the employer, demanding that they return to the table ready to bargain in good faith.
